ooh ryvita...I will give that a try thanks :)

ummm like things like toast, sandwitches etc :(
I don't really eat much bread....

It really seems that bread eaters really struggle giving it up. I don't know what to suggest but I eat lot's of salads. There is so much more to food than toast and sandwiches. Take your sandwich filling and make it into a tasty salad..

two lettuce leafs for bread mmmmm hahha thats a thought thanks ummmmm, yeah bread is soooooo hard to cut out. Just have no willpower
I love my toast with boiled egg but have replaced that with french toasts which you can use with anything. Tesco have them. There is no such thing as a diet if you lose it too quick you wil put it back on twice as fast. Have a look on our Onwards and Downwards thread which was started by XSTITCHER last June. There are lots of us on there and give each other tips. My motto is cut out the fat and the crap. I lost 2 stone and 3 lbs last year when I met up with Xstitcher last year on here and we have both carried the thread through.
When I recommend people to give up bread because it helps improve health and lose weight especially round the tummy (and helps stop swollen feet), I tell them you can replace it with savoury scones, crackers, soda bread and pitta bread. Don't know if that will help you Wendi but you might be able to give it a go.
It is not necessarily the bread that causes you to put weight on, but the things you put on it such as butter or cream cheese. If you could eat it dry you would probably be all right.
