She can say what she likes. You are entitled to attempt to deliver it but if she refuses to open the door then what would you do with it? Why not post it recorded delivery, then it's her problem

Thanks.

She only lives round the corner from the work place so it is easier and quicker to hand deliver and it would cost us a fair bit to send her stuff by parcel post.
Post her documentation through her letterbox and tell her to get her belongings herself, I certainly wouldn't pay to send them to her.
I would send a recorded letter asking her to arrange to come and collect her belongings by arrangement within the next 14 days or they will be disposed of.

Might be best to write to her saying that if she does not collect her things within x number of days you will arrange for them to be delivered by hand to her.
I think it depends , rocky, on whether you want to get rid of her belongings from your place of work and she isn't willing for whatever reason to pick them up. The employer won't want to have to store them indefinitely

I would hand deliver everything just to *** her off lol so it's a good job I'm not in charge of that bit ;)
Hand post the flat stuff thro the letter box

There are various docs you are obliged to supply - is it the P45 or P 60 ?

Oh. ... I think she is afraid you may include a court document, like a summons. I am afraid I do do that sort of thing.

She is just a nasty person and wants to call the shots so is seen as having control over something.

P45 and payslip are about the only documentation we have for her but a few bits and pieces in the office are hers. Calculator and a couple of text books.

She is now saying she was bullied by her line manager but it was her that was the bully. She even had a go at one of our 17yr old glass cleaner and not to mention the three directors she huranged.
Hand deliver with at least 2 people present in case of repercussions.
I still think that in the scheme of things it's worth spending maybe £10 on posting these by recorded delivery. It may even be a better use of resources than paying a couple of people to hand deliver them and run the risk that she may not answer the door or accept the items
