Coo - have you got a link, TWR? That is however a huge amount to lose, well over the recommended 2-3 lbs per week if you are going to keep it off.
Do you mean Tom Ferguson? I can't have milk so, no!
that does sound effective but a stone in a fortnight would make you ill IMO, I wouldn't expect anyone on total starvation to lose a stone in that time.

This is an honest no bull sht statement, a fortnight ago I weighed at Boots 13. 6 I followed this diet to the book with the Soups, etc, my weight today was 12.5 & a lower BMI Boxy, Google the name in & it will come up, if you are strong enough to take it, it works.

No Prudie, they do say you have headaches, my wife did for a day but myself none the only thing about the sashes they are dear for what the are, £1.99 but I managed to get 28 at the price of 14.
Do you mean Tony Ferguson?

Anne, I drink decaff coffie, I now have it with an extra sweetner it works.
Question Author
Yes Craft, believe me it does work if you keep to it. I used to take milk, not now I just add an extra Sweetener, the starter pack works out just short of £50, the packs on EBay are priced in Aus $$ but there are people on eBay selling their kit either because they are fed up or cannot keep to the diet, this one is definite working otherwise I would not be commenting on it.but you have to keep to it.
and like every other fad diet, it cost an arm and a leg
Cut out carbs, eat eggs for breakfast and walk 5 miles a day. You'll lose a minimum of a stone in a fortnight.
I really don't understand how it can be beneficial to replace real food with 'meal replacements' that have come out of a laboratory.
You'll just gain it all back...guaranteed.
and the same as any other diet, when you stop the diet in a few weeks you will put on more weight and be heavier than you were before!
Unless you are extremely overweight when you begin dieting then losing so much weight so quickly is unhealthy, particularly when you're replacing proper meals with liquid substitutes.

And it goes to show by the amount of people you say are selling them on Ebay how unsustainable they are.

There isn't any reason anyone actually needs to go on one of these diets. You'd be better off just eating better and getting some excersize.

To the negetive answers, its up to the person if they want to keep the weight off, I kep to the book it pay off, I have no problems, the items on EBay must have reached the goal, but I just thought I would share a bit of info with you, as far as I'm concerned it worked for me & thats all I'm bothered about.
I lost a stone in several months but did this the cheapskate way.

I ate a lot less and walked at least 4 miles per day. Can anyone else back me up on this diet?
No, it effects my speeling to badly!
Be careful about too quick a weight loss. I was dieting then into a divorce and then a good virus....I lost >20lb in a month

the resultant effect, one gall bladder had to come out eight months later.

The old saying is that the following are very prone to this lovely condition, "Over Forty, Female, Freckled, Fair and Fat."

I do not wish the pain on even my enemies.
Appreciate your enthusiasm about the diet but to be honest money making sachet products dont appeal to me life changes do.
I appreciate your enthsuism TWR for this diet but I'm afraid costly sachets are not the answer ! life changes are.
