I've got a banging head and I'm stuck in the office. I've just realised I gave my last nurofen to one of the guys the other day. Any other solutions to help get rid of it?

Ovulating?
If you are left on your own, would anyone notice if you popped out for 10 minutes to the chemist for some painkillers ?

Time was when places of employment cared enough to have such things on site. I guess the claim lawyers and H&S must have had an influence.

No, not ovulating. Probably just one of those headaches for no particular reason. Maybe just a little tired.

I would normally pop out but we're a bit in the middle of nowhere so it's a 20 minute round trip and it would be just my luck the delivery arrives in that time. If I miss it then I'll really have something to have a headache over. It's usually me that's the caring one with a plentiful supply of nurofen to hand but I forgot to stock up.

The massage seems to be helping a bit, if not making me want to fall alseep. I'll keep tyring that. Thanks!
