There are other analgaesics apart from Ibuprofen. Co-codamol is good, but if you need something stronger you will have to get a prescription from your GP.

Speak to your GP about the possibility of hydrocortisone injections:

Hi honky-tonk, where did you get your insole from? I know a couple of people with this condition, they had tried insoles that didn't work, but then found one from Cosyfeet that made a huge difference, both were sceptical that it would work, but were amazed when it did provide a lot of relief.
Its a neoprene one, around £20, but seems like its worth it (btw i don't work for Cosyfeet!) |

Buenchico is correct.

A friend of mine suffered for months with PF and in the end only found comfort wearing Fit Flops, they do boots as well. These are a bit pricey but maybe you could see a podiatrist and get the correct type of insole.
Also, she said to do the stretching exercises before geting out of bed was the most beneficial. Good luck. |

Hi honky-tonk, I suffered this about 6 months ago and I found a supporting bandage inside a trainer was the only way I felt relief. Hope you feel relief soon x

Fit Flops are the only remedy .. I don;t get any pain at all now, and even my knees were bad. Try wearing the flip flop type indoors instead of slippers, just to start with. They are expensive but worth it.
