Is this a bug or hunger?

My 3 year old barely ate anything yesterday, she hasn't got much of an appetite (hasn't for the past few days so I put it down to the warm weather).
She told me her tummy hurt in the night and that she was hungry. Tried to make her some weetabix last night but she was too tired/sleepy to eat it. At half 5 this morn, she said she was hungry so my husband made her some toast but when he'd brought it up she'd fallen asleep!
At quarter to 8 this morn, her tummy was making awful gurgling noises and she was retching quite a bit.
Do you think this could just be extreme hunger? I've given her some water and made her some toast (which she hasn't touched yet). We're taking her so see a show in Cardiff today (well we're supposed to be).

So no abdominal pain then? No temperature then?

Thanks Sqad! I was just talking to my mother in law just now who said the same - probably excitement. I'd never even thought of that.
She's just said her tummy is hurting now though - argh, don't know what to do!

Stomach hurting? Just put a hand on her tummy and see if it is tender anywhere.

It's about an hour away on the train. We're in Llanelli. She's just had a mouthful of weetabix now but doesn't want more. Think I'm going to take her. We're meeting my husband there and if she's really ill, we can just drive home. We've had this booked for about a year and it's her favourite programme.
It wasn't tender when I touched her tummy.

It sounds like this stomach bug going around.. I was the same for over a week and couldnt eat barely anything but i was starving.. When i did eat id eat a mouthful and felt full but had hunger pangs.. Also had stomach cramps.. tiredness etc..

I made a post about it although mite be a page down or so
