can it ever! mine has been so bad this last couple of weeks that my inhaler is emptying fast!
a friend of mine has just been prescribed inhalers as hers has got her chest badly.

I was advised to take a spoonful of honey which was local to where I live in the morning. It really worked and so far I have had no symptoms at all this year. Since then I've heard from other people that it had cured them. It must be from around where you live, though.
Worth a try, even if you don't like honey (which I don't!).

yes, defo - and the pollen count is high at the moment. I get a antihistamine on prescription and it works, worth seeing your doc.

thanks boxtops....i was there last wk!he says theres no easy way around it...i have tablet nasal spray & eye drops ...argh and ill fish out my red light machine lol x
