I used to work in a customer service department and we used to have a word of the day that we all had to include in our phone conversation that day, it made the day a bit easier..........

mr veritas !!!!!! hope its a clean reason lol cant remember what its name is but in monters inc the little girl is with boo and everytime she sees the bad monster the way she says it makes me smile
