its part 2 of a question
its the wife of a man who has a diabled son
he canot cook read or write
he is mobile no prob
she has a husband who is a diabetic had triple by pass not well
shebhas aplied for association house
they have told her if she sells the house
all the money will be hers which is about 150k
they will give her a house
what do you people think now
with all that money
disabled husband son
will she get one
she is positive she will get one

It depends entirely on the criteria of the particular HA she has applied to. The disabilities of her husband and son may mean they are a priority. They may have advised her to sell her home as it would not be viable to convert it to accommodate the family's needs.

yes she has told them of their disabilities
she seems to be depressed as well
she might have a chance
but the house she has they have no mortgage
going into a rented house
does not make sense to me anyway
