Has anyone any advice on how to deal with guilt and shame. If anythings goes wrong in my childrens' lives (all in their 20's and 30's) - I think it is somehow my fault. I even feel bad about my ex-husband as I am happily remarried and he is alone. (yet he was a b*****d). I seem to spend all my time worrying and my relationship with my husband, my job and my health are all being affected. Am also going through the menopause. Am I being a complete idiot?

Once you recognise and accept what is happening to your hormones, try and put things into prespective, things will fall into place. You are not along AdriSco.
