Lisping is inability to say the letter s, I believe.
What is it called when the letter r can't be pronounced properly - like Ed Balls and Wossy?

Lallation is pronouncing the R as an L, in stereotypical Chinese.
Rhotacism is characterised in the way Wossy talks. So cruel for it to begin with an R.
