I have a Eczema which was brought about by radiotherapy on my face. At first the condition would come, and I would get Steroid creams from my Dr which would work instantly. Then, my skin would settle for months at a time. Now, the condition has spread so far over my body, that a cream is no longer practical, and the Dr has started prescribing pills, And as soon as the course ends, the condition returns. Clearly things are getting worse, and I really need help in finding a permanent solution, based around changing lifestyle., (ie diet, nonirritant soaps etc)

I have heard that diet can have an effect, but I dont know how to practically go about changing... What exactly to eat, and what not to eat etc etc

HELP PLEASE
