I've done it. There were helpful bits in the course. It didn't really help me an awful lot to be honest because I already knew most of it, but it reiterated it. Helps you think things a bit more clearly. If it's being offered then do it, you have nothing to lose.
What does it involve?
I think anything is worth a try x

Hi angel,

How are you? I'll go and have a look at the link you posted too! x
Hey, still caught up in the ex situation and will feel better when am out of this again.

Worried what housemate and landlady think of me not being home properly for about 2 months, still paying rent and do my share of the cleaning once a month but haven't told them where I have been but they know I am ok.

But the worry of this is just adding pressure to me and I also don't want everyone knowing my business which everyone seems to be finding out slowly.

Anyway,

how r u? xxx

Just remember that as long as the people who care about you know that you are safe then thats all you need to tell them and if they find out then they have a right to their opinion but should keep it to themselves. Its your life and the way you live it is up to you, decisions are yours and life is what you make it. Remember you may be todays gossip but as soon as something else happens everyone will discuss (and analyse the rights and wrongs) of that instead.

I'm grand thanks. Had a few weeks where I felt terribly rubbish but have picked myself up, dusted myself off, put a smile on my face and started again - its hard to keep me down for too long lol! :o) Very happy with my b/f and looking at booking our summer hols to look forward to xx
Yeah you are right, thanks hun xx

Glad you are happy with your bf and have got holiday plans to make. Gorgeous weather at weekend but miserable here again today. Hope you're going somewhere hot! xxx

No bother chick ;o)

I heard the sun is meant to be visiting at the weekend too so maybe if its nice enough we'll go and have a BBQ somewhere nice. It was raining here this morning and now its just windy. We were thinking about going to Croatia, its meant to be nice (and hopefully hot!). Maybe you should book yourself a break to look forward to xx
It's just a case of a referral, I would be surprised if your GP didn't support you. It will help your way of thinking, gives you a bit of a reassurrance and reminder of things you probably know but helps you overcome the things that sometimes take over in your thoughts.

Angel sweetie, I have not seen that one before, but the Beating the Blues could be worth a shot for you too. It's not a big deal and the material you get from it you can go back to at times when you need to. xxxx
