Ive been using a gel for a week now and my teeth definatley feel 'cleaner' after brushing.

I was reading an article about teeth cleaning and it stated that the only benefit of using a toothpaste is it is a good medium for distributing fluoride around the nooks and crannies of out teeth other than that just a good toothbrush with clean water would work just as well, this was read in a dentists journal.
