The last month or so if I stretch or sit in the same position for a while and then move the middle of my chest cracks. Its like when you crack your fingers but its a dull sort of crack, sometimes its in a number of places at once. It doesn't seem right! Has anyone else had this and is it normal? It seems strange it has never happened before and now its at least once a day.

TIA

No one seems to know! I'm glad its not just me with the problem though lol!
Sometimes when you've been in the same position for a bit, the pressure builds up on the joint spaces...when you move, the joints release this pressure by 'cracking'.

It could just mean that you're 'slouching', or sitting/moving in an unusual way. nothing to worry about. A visit to a chiropractor could help!
