Want to lose two stone for christmas.

Can anyone give me some helpful advice. I want to lose around two stone so that I can have a nice gluttonous christmas without feeling too terrible in the new year. The thing is I don't want to give up any snacks and I don't want to have to cut down on my portions or eat salads and stuff. Furthermore I do not want to do any exercise of any sort. Thanks in advance for any tips, bearing in mind my afforementioned conditions above.

Chicken, fruit -as much as you like and Green Tea Supplements (Tescos)
No pain no gain -worked for me -dropped 4 stone plus -no time scale and dont know what i weighed or what i weigh now -just going by the GP -for my smear.I had lost 4 stone in the 8 months previous to my smear and had lost a lot before that -man i must have been the opposite of an anorexic -and no thats not in poor taste because I had no clue I had piled so much on.
I lost mine due to a tragedy and had to start eating -then found I was enjoying being less bloated -I have stabilised but could prob lose more but hey busy time ahaead and now i know the trick to dropping the weight -it works -and it also maintains crucially.
You'd be surprised how quick that 2mths flies past -the first week would be the worst but after that -when you see results -you are schmoking !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I would have suggested limbectomy since you don't need them both for just sitting on the couch stuffing all day. The biggest problem is deciding which one to have off, probably best if you have them both off, that way you lose enough to last until the lovely chocolate and hot cross buns at Easter. :)
Hi flobadob you are being a wee bit unrealistic when you say you don't want to cut down on snacks portion size nor exercise! 2 stones are 28 pounds which is a lot to lose in less than 7 weeks. If you walk a little bit more, use the stairs instead of ramps or lifts, replace white bread with brown, white pasta and rice with brown, eat porridge for breakfast you will feel fuller and eat less. Good luck. Remember though that if you lose weight through a faddy diet you are likely to regain the weight again when you start to eat sensibly. Good luck though :)
You could try eating slower... no, really, hear me out! I lost a few stone, started with some upset in my life which made me lose my appetite a bit, and I found that if I chewed my food thoroughly and took my time over eating I felt full quicker. It seems to take your body 20 minutes or something to tell your brain that you are full, so if you gobble everything down you've eaten more than you need to. Just listen to your body and stop when you feel full, and it's gonna help a bit! And as other people said, once you have lost a bit you feel so much better it'll make you want to keep it off. Surely you dont lose weight so you can then later eat more... that's not a healthy attitude to food.... Eat just enough to sutain life.. not gorge!
