I use both 4Head and Kool n Soothe strips and they are both very effective. Much better than using pills.

there are pressure points on your hands to try.

squeeze the fleshy bit between your thumb and index finger.

If it keeps recurring I know my neck needs 'adjusting' and I go to the chiropracor for a top to tail crunching.

Brilliant. Come out 2 inches taller and no headache.
