blood rushing to the head

i keep getting a rush of blood to my head and the getting a headache sometimes the pain is behind my eyes aswell any clues ?

What do you mean by 'rush of blood to the head'? What are the symptoms of this?

it just feels like a sudden burst of preasure to my head right up behind my eyes !!

This sounds to me like sinusitis. I have this regulary, especially at this time of year.
Try taking a sudafed tablet and see if this goes off, if not it could be worth asking your GP.

Whilst at the doc's I would get him to check your blood pressure as well just to be on the safe side.
