Em,i am not joking lol, i am starting to twiddle this hair into a moustache, wont chop it off just yet going to work in a bit and will use it as a conversation piece!!!!
oooh eer sounds scary! why not just pluck the ****** out?
I have noticed a similar thing and I think it is hormonal. I have been going through the menopause too.
I have one on my chin and I just pluck it out.
it's an age thing, I would not say it to anyone, just see if they notice, I'm at that funny age and have lots of friends like it, but I never say a thing to them about their hairs as I don't want them to say about mine, lol, not that I've got many, I did notice that one of my friends had shaved, and when she kisses every one goodbye you can feel the bristles, lol, If ever I get a mastash I would have to have electrolysis. I hate getting old, but it's better than dyeing young.
It's so unfair.
You get rid of your periods but nature swaps them for a goatee beard.
i reckon that as everything travels south as you get old, the hairs on your head do the same and end up sprouting out of your chin.
i have about a million trillion of them, the only thing that works is plucking. i know some women do shave but i really don't want to go down that (prickly) road. i had them waxed once but it nearly took my face off too so i never bothered again.
the only saving grace is that my eyesight is pretty poor without my specs now, so unless i put my specs on i can't see them - ignorance is bliss.
Try hair removing cream?...
^ thats what i do and have for years. recommended nair to my mum (she's cough cough56cough!) and she uses it too now. just don't do it on a night you're going out, you'll go bright red for a couple of hours!
I have a pact with my best friend. which ever one of us has the best eye-sight in our old age has to deal with both of our whiskers!
Testosterone increases in women as they age. If you play with the hairs and pluck them, the root can become deformed and the hair will grow at an angle! Best to have a bit of electrolysis. I had this years ago (I've had trouble with rogue hairs since puberty). It's not as painful as people imagine and you can be sure that the hair is gone for good.
My elderly sister always said that as women get older the hair travels from down below and up to your face - I'm well past the menopause and finding it all too true - I pluck em out.
I've also noticed with my brothers that as they get older their hair is going from their heads and onto their backs!
