Use a good conditioner from your local salon. I recommend L'Oreals.

You probably need to have protein, reconstructive or hot oil treatments, as your hair is lacking elasticity. You can either buy products (Kerastase products are good) or go to a salon to have treatments done.

Also, if you use heated hair stylers alot, try not to use them regularly. Using a thermal heat product with stylers will help prevent breakage.

I was going to suggest the Botanics hair mask too along with the Elvive anti breakage shampoo for damaged hair.

The odd hot oil treatment would do it good too and as said above a heat defence spray if you use a hairdryer and other heating products like straighteners regularly.

Ps, is your hair bleached at all?

I do colour my hair about every 6 weeks as I only use a semi permanent colourant with no amonia in it. I also use hair straightners as well.
