In medical science there are all kinds of organ transplants --- why have there never been testicle transplants for infertile men? If there were, would the genes in the offspring be of the donor ricipient or the donor?

Because only 5% of semen is produced by the testicles - it is a very complicated process including the prostate, the testicles and other glands.
