Can anyone tell me what are the best exercises to do on a Power Plate exercise machine for abdominal strength. I have just purchased one but it came without any information on how best to use it.

Is it true I might not be eating enough?

Never mind I have downloaded a poster and video on how to get the best result with this machine.
