Yes it will happen every time you shave there, but it should only last for today - by tomorrow the itching should have gone.

Try using a fragrance free moisturiser and the skin is probably lacking in natural oils and is probably dry and sensitive.

Next time go back to using removal cream! :-)
I always shave my bikini line and it never itches. I use a decent razor and shave gel so maybe thats why I don't have problems.
soz mine never ever itches, do moisturise and use a good razor tho like daffy says

i use mens Mac III, the ladies ones are for poofs lol
I must have skin like asbestos then as I always shave and I never moisturise and It's rarely a sharp razor.
I go and get mine waxed. Its not as sore as you would think either! It lasts a few weeks, the skin is smoother and there's no itching. Its well worth it and only costs me 10. If you keep shaving try using talcum powder as I heard this relieves the itching but not sure if its true!

Thanks for all your answers! Some good advice there that i shall try. Can i just ask do you tend to shave the whole lot or just the sides??
Be careful shaving the whole lot because you can't see everything down there, you don't want any nasty cuts lol! I think you'd be better just shaving your bikini line and leaving the rest. Honestly try waxing just once, they can whip it all off in seconds and thats you done for a few weeks!
I shave the sides, underneath and top,I have to say I don't end up with much left but thats how I like it (so does my other half). I always shave in the direction of hair growth first then against the growth as a smoothing type thing. If you go against the growth when the hair is longer then it will cut you and give you a rash.
Hey macsilk,

I would suggest exfoiating after you have shaved, I find that this usually helps plus moisturising.
