"Free" upper body strength

I am looking to bulk up in upper body, especially my arms... i also dont want to spend any money doing so. i am already doing push-ups, can anyone recommend any other thing. (i dont want to be doing 100000 reps with beans and have nobars to hang on)

Start swimming breastroke...harldy use any kick...this will build up the upper part of ur body ...remember to stretch before and after exercise....only train every other day....build up ur body but remember to keep it flexilbe with lots of warm up stretching and cool down stretching...
I feel my upper body building alot... I think its because I eat ALOT of chicken/meat etc and every so often ill goto the GYM and train my muscles Also you should get some weights to do at home, I do only 30 lifts of pretty heavey weights every night. And if your looking for a six pack theres this like machine where you do situps it builds your six pack. My favourite machine :) And I agree with what bluedolphin said, take rests for a couple of days then go back.
Just a quick note to bulk up through weight training is a very, very slooooooooow process.To get to my present weight of 19+ stone has taken a lot of time.If you do go to gyms don't be surprised if the people with definition who have the girls drooling are not using chemical assistance.
u cant go wrong with pull ups, press ups and dips. they target most muscles in the upper body. I think it would be a bad idea for you to try and gain to much muscle. What to you weigh and how tall are you?

Firstly im not looking to become the next governator... i just dont wanna b as skinny as i am. i weigh about 12.5 stone am im 6 foot 5. Also one thing i meantioned was FREE ie i dont wanna buy weights/goto a gym. i do however think i can stretch to swimming. I cant do pullups, nowhere 2 hang, an wot r "dips"?
A GOOD HEALTHY DIET WITH PLENTY OF PROTEIN IN IT LIKE(CHICKEN/FISH). WHEN YOU GET TO THE GYM TRAIN A CERTAIN BODY PART A DAY E.G CHEST AND BICEPS ONE DAY AND SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS ANOTHER. DROP YOUR REPS AND ADD A LITTLE EXTRA WEIGHT TO THE BAR.IT SOMETIMES HELPS IF YOU GOT SOMEONE TO 'SPOT' THE BAR FOR YOU. LASTLY ENJOY YOUR TRAINING AND REMEMBER YOUR NOT TRAINING FOR THE OLYMPICS SO YOU CAN STILL HAVE A FEW BEERS ASWELL!!

Could people PLEASE read previous responces before answering... ref. "LIKE(CHICKEN/FISH)." i am infact vegetarian, but do eat a fair amount of nuts...
mate the key to building muscle is progressive resistance - bodyweight exs will only take you so far. a weight set will cost 30 quid to get started, you obviously dont want it that bad.
