Recently I've been having mood swings after my period...

Does anyone else have this?

Is it normal?

I eat healthy and I exercise regularly...

I used to have mood swings a week before, but as soon as it came I was absolutley fine (apart from the pain)! Never had mood swings after though.

Hope yours soon subside. ;o}

If they get really bad you could choose the implanon contraceptive which will stop this.

I get mood swings just before mine. Someone told me to take evening primrose oil & vitamin B6, they said it's meant to help.
