Hi there i was wondering if anyone knew about weight lifting supps, what to buy and what to take. I have been told protene shakes, creotene and another i cant remember. Do these work and at what point do you take them. I have tried googling but just seem to go to sites that are selling the stuff, id rather hear from a normal person.

You're better off eating a well balanced high protein diet. When I was boxing in the Army in order to step up a weight I ate (if that's the word) loads of raw eggs, also generous helpings of red meat.
the protein drinks will give you terrible flaffy wuff wuffs....

having a nice body is great , but don't let it grow into a fitness illness

shakes are ideal in putting on bulk and are much safer than going down the steroid injection route , don't be tempted with that , it will change you into an aggressive person only liked by yourself and your reflection....
