Is 'sleeping around' considered to be acceptable and something to be bragged about publicly nowadays?
As in, the more people you sleep with, the more ''popular'' and party-loving/fun person you are ...... apparently !?
I'm not just talking about men but women too, for example, Kate Moss who's probably slept with most men (including ugly, non-ugly) in Britain and now, Janice, some nobody from some tv show bragging she's slept with a 1000 men!!??
Talk about cheap and easy, these women do it for free....

I'm well toned lol

Pippa please dont bring this conversation round to your fave "subject" lol
well as much as i would love and chat about my favorite subject, i better get some sleep!!
sad isnt it when you have been working all night and the first thing you do is go on AB for all the juicy gossip lol
catch up laters
have a nice day xxx
What's my favourite subject, Rev?

I thought the thread was about getting jiggy...lol
You know, sometimes I wish I could sleep around especially now I'm single but I just can't do it. I'm sure I'd feel cheap in the morning :)
Pippa you know, the crafty butcher....

helliebobs you would not believe the number of women who have said to me "i dont usually do this..."

If you are both consenting i cant see why you would feel cheap, if you think well its happened I know it probably wont be loves young dream but it was fun and fulfilled a need then you'll be fine lol
That's the thing though rev, I don't think like that, I think too much. Maybe I am destined only to ever have sex in a loving and fulfilling serious relationship :)
Nothing wrong with that, I would say i think too much at times but I dont lol

Each to their own ;-)
Funnily enough Mr P is just like that, hellie!

He wasn't into one night stands at all ~ as much as he wanted to have them, it just isn't/wasn't in his genetic make up to indulge AND enjoy it.

That is fine ~ however I don't see why others see fit to condemn the ones who do. How is it actually affecting them?

Rev...Crafty Butcher? I am confused :o{
Oh yes. Scrub that last comment. I think I know. Summat about going round the back.

Cheeky sod!
So would you say I'm missing out by never having had a one night stand? :)
You know meat, rear of the the shop lol

I've had stands that aint even lasted the night lol
Pips, that sounds just like me! The bit about your hubby, not the other :)
No I don't think you are, hellie.

I have had them and to be honest although (most of the time) I had a great time, I also prefer a long term relationship. Most of the one nighters I have had have been just for sex ~ no real conversation or anything else in common.

I like that in a bloke..being able to communicate and have a laugh :o)

Rev ~ I think you obsess about it far more than I do!
Helie this is hypothetical lol

If you were out and you saw a bloke and thought phwoar I fancy him, and he bought u a drink, and he made u laugh and u had a nice time and opportunity presents itself what do you do?
What I meant to add is that one night stands (or one minute stands if you are the Rev ;o) serve a purpose.

There are some folk who live their entire lives that way and that is great if they like it that way. However there are plenty of us who aren't..and that is great too!
I wouldnt ask Cheries about that Pip lol

Sometimes i went into it thinking this is purely a one nighter and other times it wasnt. I have met one or two off the net purely for the physical side
I blimmin knew it was Cheries!!!!

I had a one night stand with Mr P..of course it turned out not to be a one nighter, and I knew that upon waking the next day :o)

I think both of us thought it was going to be just the once ~ and we changed our minds. 13 years later I still reckon he is the best one nighter I have ever had..
I still couldn't do it rev! No matter how much I liked him I'd have to be completely paralytic before I actually went home with him and shagged him! It's happened before and then I've backed out at the last minute, so I came across as a complete prick tease :)
Luckily for me, it didn't put him off though :)
Oooh no editing -sorry! :)
U busy friday helie lol

no you didnt know pippa lol u had no idea lol
