Annoying day!

Has anyone else had a day to p*ss you off? Firstly my daughter is poorly, then on my way out to the doctors I close my front door and put the key in to turn it and nothing happens. The door is locked from the outside as soon as it is closed so I couldn't get back in either. I had to scale my 6 foot garden fence to try and get in the back door as the garden gate was locked then realised the key was in the the patio door. I tried to pull the doors open, set the alarm off then tried to reach through the cat flap and failed! I then knocked on all my neighbours doors and finally someone called a locksmith for me who couldn't drill through the lock so had to bust the back door too costing me over �160 that I haven't got! Have you had a bad day too?

I am just starting to have a bad day im on an oil rig and we have got to stay in doors because of bad wether conditions there are 14m waves bashing up against us at the moment.

well i had a disaster but not as many as yours.

looked after my 17mth old grandson while my daughter went out then made lunch for us both. so that was good.

then when my dog was taken out for her walk by my 86yr old neighbour i went to my sons to train his german shepherd, joy fennell style. it started good then she pulled me out of the front door and i went smak into my car. then being a glutton for punishment i took both dogs out to the park near me. my dog got out the boot ok but skye the gs decided to jump into the back seat even tho she was tied up and i got so stressed trying to untie her so she didnt break a leg i put the car keys in the boot whilst i performed this major task, slammed the boot down - with the keys inside. had to get my son in law to come down and attempt to open the boot via the sunroof which he eventually managed xept by then it chucked it down. And my daughter has banned me from having my grandson in the car in case i lock him in. my luck il probably get double neumonia to top it all

Poor thing tigwig , you will wish you hadn't got out of bed this morning . What bad luck . Do you have someone trusty you can leave a spare key with btw :-)x

Windmill , I respect you for the hard and dangerous job you do , oil-rig work is very tough. :-) x

The work is not bad it self its just extreme wether conditions you got to put up with o well home on tuesday bigmamma.

Just had a horrible day.
A stray dog was running around the place where I work all day. It was freezing cold here and it was starving.
Had to call the Dog Wardens as the poor thing was terrified, so I gave it something to eat from the work kitchen. Dog Wardens had to take it away. It looked malnourished too.
Then, theparcel I had posted to my Sister in the USA was returned to my address by mistake.
It cost �70 to post it last week,
I work in the Care Sector and one of the elderly had a really bad fall, so I had to get an ambulance to get her to hospital.
What a day!

My day has been much the same as usual but I feel really sorry for those of you who have had horrible days. It always seems that once one thing goes wrong the whole day goes downhill doesn't it.
I hope everyone is tucked up in the warm now anyway.

windmill - I know that won't apply to you - I bet you're really looking forward to getting off the rig. I think the weather is supposed to settle down now.

Urgh not a good at all then tigwig! I hope little tigwig is getting better though. Apart from having a blood test this morning and a co worker bruising me!!! My day hasnt been too bad, thankfully!

I'll be thinking of you tonight windmill being out there in those terrible conditions. Ive been keeping a close eye on the warnings tonight as I am on the east coast!
