Snipped at birth for hygiene reasons. And they are damned ugly things anyway.I much prefer the look of a circumcised one. :-)

I think if you are born with it , it is meant to be there - how is it cleaner without it? Surely then you get the end all covered in fluff and biscuit crumbs?
