Motivating your b&s!?

How does everyone motivate themselves.

Currently I should be doing housework. I have done most of it just have the understairs cupboard left to tackle. I can't put it off as its Baby Rainbows only day in nursery. I have so far distracted my self with the internet, lunch, then various snacks, more internet and now some cheesey tv programme!

i am motivated when doing the housework by music or by an insentive or by finishing the jobs and then watching telly for the rest of the day.

I can motivate myself out of bed (eventually) My motivation comes from leaving a hoover in the middle of the lounge so if any women call they take pity on me and do my housework while I sit with a beer and watch footy.
