The local hospital is having a charity day and they want people to bring cakes to sell.I want to bring something but am not sure on which cakes would be best.Chocolate rice krispie cakes are always a winner but then they are SO boring and I'm sure other people will bring the same. I want something that is easy to cut into small sizes(ie not trifle or lemon meringue pie),easy to transport from my house to the place and soething easy to eat without a fork/plate.

Oh gosh , sorry , lol , Iv'e misread the thread , I didn't see the no fork bit, carrot cake therefore would be a no go :-0
Do chocolate cornflake cakes, but use whole mars bars and a knob of butter instead of chocolate. Make them on a tray and cut them into pieces for best way to serve. If you really want to go to town, you could could coat them with chocolate.

They are very fattening, very rich and very sweet - but also very scrummy!!
