Hello everyone!!! I am a very hairy male and i have starting shaving all my body for very first time recently. I did shave my chest in a couple of occasions before but never did my whole body. When i finish shaving my skin is very red and with little spots, specially in my thighs and legs, and it is very itchy. Is there any good cream i can use after shaving??

why are you shaving your thighs?? hair that looks a bit out of place is one thing but dont shave off the stuff that makes you male.

have you tried immac??
By far the best solution is not to shave at all and use a hair removing cream.Just use one intended for ladies if there isn't one for men.You just slap it on,wait a few minutes and then pop in the shower and you have a perfectly smooth body
Am I reading this right, a man who shaves all over.

Good god what next, you'll be asking for advise on mascara soon.

Apart from me and a few others where have all the real men gone, not the weird sack, crack and back brigade.
Next time follow the advice cazz1975 and zena-lisa have given you but for now to ease the discomfort and to prevent infection keep the area as dry from sweat and clean as possible and use an after shave balm for sensitive skin such as king of shaves or a light coating of Superdrug vitamin E cream . hope that helps. :-D
Sorry doc, but I'm impressed. Any guy who shaves himself rather than looking like Chewbacca gets my vote!
I'm with Doc on this, it is just not right!! I know it has become a big thing in the Gay community, so I am told!!! They are called smoothies apparently!!
ewwwwwwwwww, thats right ratter ruin a fruity drink!

I used to love smoothies!....no not them ones!
Ooooh imagine the stubble!!!!!!!!!! Ouch!
Try Veet or better still, get it waxed!x
Don't be mean to Danox. He was very polite in asking his question. Maybe his partner like him smooth and clean. Sometimes hair can be itchy bltchy.

OH MY GOD!!!! I just wanted a little bit of advice. Thank you all anyway.
Answering to cazz- I just did it to get an even tan, i must say i am very happy with my hairy thighs + body. What would be the point on shaving just a few bits???
Answering to Doc Spock- I do not need advice on mascara, thank you very much, i'm pretty good at make-up items, as selling them is part of my job. Yeah, too bad i do not do those type of creams.
Anyway, i read somewhere that women prefer smooth bodies than hairy ones, although that's not the reason why i'm doing it.
I will try king of shave as i got one for xmas from one of my friends.

Ah, i forgot, i do not have a partner. I wouldn't shave for anyone, if i'm with someone they must have as i am. I am doing this just for myself!!!
Hello again ciudadanox, In case you misunderstood me I was talking about King of shaves active post shave balm. That will sooth and calm the itch and help it heal. not the king of shaves shaving oil. I could not get on with that on my face For shaving I use Clinique for men M shave aloe gel . very soothing and gentle on necks prone to razor burn. the superdrug all over body vitamin e cream is exellent and under 3.00 for 475ml.:-D
