i didnt notice any rapid hair growth on a high protein diet....but it does give you loads of energy after 2 weeks of being on the diet.

If you want your hair to grow fast...i started to take some vitamins called Mega Vits and in three months my hair has grown about 4 inches!!
Or you could take Kelp tablets.
