I have tried loads of stop smoking 'cures' and spent tons of money trying them. Has anyone tried bioresonance?
I was looking at the website but I've been suckered many times before into paying out for nothing but disguised willpower, which I may add I'm rubbish at !!
I'm starting a new job soon where smoking is definatly not permitted and as I currently nip out for a fag about once an hour I'm going to be ******** if I don't stop smoking, not to mention the dirty smelly outcast of the office.
I did think about 'secret smoking' but my non smoking hubby tells me that non smokers can smell secret smokers and they are hated even more that the honest stinkers.
So any advice would be really help as I'm more nervous about how I'l cope without fags than I am about the new job.

Bioresonance?
I've never heard of it, what is it?
I stopped smoking 8 years ago, but that was because the time was right. Like you I tried to stop many many times before but due to the simple fact that I didnt want to stop, after a certain period of time I was back on the coffin nails again.
You need to stop smoking for YOU!!! not for your new employer or family = friends, tyhe reasons for them trying to stop you may be noble, but if you want to stop you will.
PS I gave up with the help of nicorette patches and loads of willpower

Did you see this morning a while back where they tested all these?
Is it the tablet drug? One of the men on it tryed it and said that they felt sick for the first few days but apart from that they managed to give up pretty well without many side effects!
I am a smoker and beleive me you would be able to tell you had had a crafty one! it would be ok if it was smell free!! Another good one they tried was the inhaler! They said that they felt silly walking around with it but it worked well! A least people can see you trying and wont think bad of you. I tried once before with gum, i smoked after the second week, gave me hiccups and headaches! There is so many to try though! Good luck!

Hi everyone
Sorry I haven't explained what it is.. it's a machine that alters your brain patterns. Yes it sounds far fetched but it was featured on Richard and Judy but I missed it.
I think I'l try the nasal spray as its about 280 cheaper!
I know that people say you should stop smoking for yourself but at the back of my mind I know i'd be quite happy to smoke for the rest of my life if it wasn't for all the anti smoking laws coming in.
I know the non smokers will probally be horrible about what I've said but I'm just being honest and nicotine does fool you into believing that smoking is enjoyable. As a rational human being I know it's discusting.
It's funny how horrible people are to us poor nicotine slaves so thanks for being helpful as I usually find non smokers are horrible and worse when I crack and fail again.
I`ve given up with an inhalator. The price of that machine is crazy. I was smoking upwards of 45 cigs a day. I once went for an interview at a strictly no smoking place. The only person not smoking was me as I hadn`t took my cigs with ,me.
Not heard of it, so i dont know!
giving up is easier said that done and i think only those who smoke or have smoked know how hard it is. The little bits in your head that crave smoking can be a nightmare and can make life well hard! I would try anything though if i was you. See about the tablet, just read up some reviews on it and people seem to be doing well with it!
Didnt things work for different people though!
Good luck with stopping smoking and the job, hope you get it!
