Red nose day

Anyone doing anything for 'Red nose day' I usually just buy some merchandise connected to it. The Odeon cinema within the printworks in Manchester are going to show an episode of the 'Royle' family, tickets 10.00 (www.odeon.co.uk) on the 13th March, all proceeds to Red nose.

Ask yourself. How much is raked off in "expenses & administration" and is it really a worthwhile cause? Could your donation be better spent elswhere?

Bellringer - I would hope my donation is worthwhile. I understand where your coming from, but I suppose most charities take a percentage for 'expenses & admin'

I have organised a pub quiz for work. We are also doing a swear box as my boss says at least two F's every sentence.

At 20p a pop we should easily take �20 or �30 in the couple of hours he actually spends at work during a full working day!
