I want to lose about 10lbs that I have put on over the past two years and I am thinking about joining an online slimming club. Any good and any recommendations? I am a veggie who eats generally well but succumbs to takeaways at the weekend and far too much wine. I want to combine a healthy eating plan with my exercise porgramme (swimming and gym three times a week) but I need some outside support as I have no willpower!

Personally I think the weightwatchers approach works well. Seems pretty common sensed based - avoid too much saturated fat and you are on your way. 10lbs isn't horrendously much to lose and before you begin any strict stuff that might lead to yoyo dieting, I would suggest you watch your fat intake. Don't touch anything with more than 3% saturated fat, and watch your portion sizes with everything. I could give you more specific WW info if you want it, although obviously this isn't a chat or e-mail sharing forum (if you got to yahoo group "answerbok" you can contact me).
