does a person lose calories from donating plasma? and if so...how many???

If you eat as many biscuits as you do after giving blood, I doubt it! (39 donations down and not a bit of weight lost....)
No. You will lose a little weight but this will soon be replenished.

A calorie is not a thing, it is not a globule of sugar or fat. It is a maths terms (or physics) in which calculates the unit of energy needed to heat up an amount of water.

It is like saying if Dawn French loses a leg, she would still be fat wouldn't she?
The lengths people will go to to lose a few pounds!
