Winking issues...

I can wink, but only with one eye - i.e. I can close my right eye on its own, but not my left. No I haven't had a stroke! Why is this, and how can I 'learn' to wink properly?!

Hi nigidivitch! First of, why is right eyed winking improper? My natural winking eye is my left eye but I had always assumed that was because I'm right handed: are you left handed? Anyway, I learnt to wink with my right eye by holding it shut and forcing my left eye open. That was 40 years ago so don't waste any more time.
