I'm exactly the same, this time last year i split up with my bf and did really well lost loads of weight now a few months on i'm eating like a pig again always looking for food!! I'm in danger of it all piling back on again!! xx
Well as long as if you're only thinking about it and not actually quaffing the stuff, I really don't see a problem 'ere.

Drink a pint of water,then another one, you'll have no room left to be wanting food. As for me, I shall be mosty not taking my own advice and calling at shop on the way home for pringles, dip and chcocolate to drag me out of an extremely bad mood. I have been a seriously grumpy mo fo today!! apologies to anyone who has been unfortunate enuff to be on the end of my sense of humour failure x
ooh, I know what else you could do sam. Get a picture of a naked fat bird and stick it to your fridge-it should be a reminder to step away from the goodies and reach for the celery stick instead!

Hi stylinsam :-), Its actually better for you to eat healthy more often, so don�t starve yourself. If after snacking you still feel hungry drink lots of water to take the feeling of emptiness in your tummy away. Haven�t you ever noticed that when you diet you never lose weight its when you aren�t even checking what you eat that you tend to lose it.

Nibble on something that is good for you sam - like a carrot, celery or dried apricots, until the hunger pangs subside...

i can eat for England but once i start slimming i seem to loose the urge. I used to think i could just eat and eat and eat but it subsides when you make a decision to cut down. Works for me anyway. I have lost well over a stone so it must do.

You know whats nice carrot sticks and dip them in low fat dip/philadelphia as a snack or cucumber sticks. mmmmm
hi,what i do is if i start thinking about food i go straight and get some fruit or a yogurt,its hard i know but think about it do you want to be obese?

Ahem.. Sorry Sam!

You could try eating six meals a day rather than the conventional three but making them light meals. That might help. My friend does that and she's never hungry.
