are they decent size blisters... or more like little pustules?
There is a form of psoriasis called 'palmo-plantar pustular psoriasis' which basically means you get pustules on your palms (palmo) and the bottom of your feet (plantar). It can get quite nasty... my OH has it. If it sounds like this could be what it is then she needs to get to see a doctor.
Either that or it is pompholyx which is a sort of eczema which you only get on your hands and feet and seems to be triggered off by heat and stress also.
You will be amazed at the things your body does when its stressed and how it lets the stress out! This could very well be stress related. Don't let her go to the doctors. They don't help. Make her go and see a hypnotherapist. I went to the doctors for months with anxiety problems and they just kept giving me pills. Then I decided to see a hypnotherapist and in one session she has solved and cured the problem. Haven't had anxiety since!
When someone is under extreme stress it is relatively common to debelpo blisters on the palms of the hands and the rest of the body. They are not serious and as soon as the stress is brought under control the blisters will go to.However blisters is a sign of extreme stress so she really needs to do something about how she is feeling.
