How much would you steal?

Of course stealing anything is wrong but what amount would you consider serious and what amount would you consider stealing?.I really wanted an i-pod mini and my Dad said I already had an i-pod so was not allowed one so I stole one.I would consider what I did as mild robbery.I think it was worth about 130 pounds but was wondering what you would see as serious robbery.

If you 'robbed' it you used violence or intimidation. That's even worse than theft and particulalry nice beahviour for such a charitable, pregnant trainee doctor. Not thinking about your baby or your career when you did that were you?

there are certain words that someone who struggles with english just wouldn't use or even know (just a tip to help you keep up the pretence, because its slipping)

My first ever boyfriend stole a dog!
He was contemplating getting a dog anyway so went along with me to Battersea Dogs Home in Old Windsor. He fell in love with this massive St. Bernard, so he went back that night, broke in and stole him!!! All I remember is that I went round his flat that night and the dog was there, slobbering all over the place. He was a gorgeous dog but we talked reason to my boyfriend and he agreed that it was a bad move (the stupid moron!!), so the next morning he left the dog outside a police station!!
True story that.
And believe it or not there were worse reasons than his stupidity for breaking up with him!
