Any ideas about how I can relieve what the doctor thinks is a trapped nerve in my toe? Really hurts when I walk, almost as if it has become disjointed, then sometimes it is OK again. Help ! Waiting for Xray results by the way.

did your doc mention tht it could be a mortons neuroma?..if it is you could try a visit to a podiatrist, they might be able to prescribe an insole to relieve the pressure on your nerve...good luck

Still waiting for results of Xray but wondered if an anti inflammatory would help.
