Hi everyone hope you all enjoyed the sun today!! I was just wondering if anyone knows any breathing exercises to help calm down and relax?

I know a couple:

in, out, in, out...(repeat)

or

out, in, out, in...(repeat)
Long deep breaths making your belly go out, not your chest. 1 to 5, then hold breath for 10 seconds and exhale really slowly. This stimulates the <a target='_blank' href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vagus_nerve">v agus nerve</a> which lowers your blood pressure.

U-GI-A breathing.. thats the spelling of how the word sounds.. look it up.. It sure helps me.. and trust me it seems to be the only thing to calm me down at the end of a busy crazy day.,. I lernd it in Yoga ...
