Is in full swing with evidence being routinely deleted.

Did none of the control freaks imagine they'd be called to account or is that the real problem here, that they did.?

Should be 'having been' rather than 'being'.

IIRC, under the Covid emergency measures introduced (and not rescinded since) during the height of the pandemic. it included criminalising the publishing of disinformation. As a result all providers of public outlets are ***-scared of falling foul of the law, so play "better safe than sorry" and eliminate a lot of harmless material.

//and eliminate a lot of harmless material.//

Hmmm, more like incriminating.

I was quite surprised he did that day-to-day. He is NOT a doctor so cannot be referred to the GMC for intentional destruction of data he knew may be relevant.

His idea was that none of it was relevant to decisions ( so keep it then)

omnia praesumuntur contra spoliatorem

everything is assumed against the destroyer....probably doesnt apply here. Perhaps he is a lawyer, and knows these things are discoverable....

also doing it day to day means that a lot is overwritten, and so not readable by programs designed to identify english

I mean you hear these things in court ( as a juryman) and the reaction is that - he  is lying....

not good for credibility or the rest of his evidence....
