What were your first symptoms?
How was it diagnosed?
How long have you had it?
Has it progressed fairly quickly or not?
What treatment do you receive?

I appreciate that, sqad, and if pp phrased his answers in recognisable language I’d be more inclined to answer him, or even read his posts.
As it is, Anne has given me something to go on, for now.
I’m not daft and realise nothing can or will be done until all test results are in.
