vitamin b tablets doseage

ive been taking vitamin b tablets reguarly for many years as prescribed by my gp , but i have noticed no difference whatsoever -would it be wise to increase dosege to 2 tablets per day rather than 1 to improve effectiveness?

It may be that you've just got used to the effect so no longer notice it. What is the reason that you're taking them? Whay effect is it that you're looking for?

thanks juliesix IIRC it was for energy(morning tiredness) ,hypersomnia and and being underweight.
It could well be that you've got sort of used to the benefits so don't feel they're doing any good.

It could also be that you're getting plenty of vit b in your diet, and/or it isn't the solution to your problems.

I would suggest you either visit your doctor or a health shop, as things I take might not be suitable for you.
Why not eat lots of marmite to compliment your current dose?

you could tell me angeline jolie goes crazy for men who eat marmite - but i aint eating it no way!
