I would think that it could improve your exam results if you're a really nervous, perhaps getting you to realx a bit...

Isn't there something about proffessional athletes not being allowed to see their spouses before big events because they need to concentrate fully on the task ahead. I would think that if sex improved your physical capabilities the coaches would encourage spouse visits as long as they errr well got some sex and didn't argue :)

Besides sex has been know to leave one a bit exhausted so I don't think your football/running skills gets better. At least not the amount of time you'll be able to run or play football.

Well that's my thoughts on it, nothing scientific in it.

No.

The most recent research seems to suggest that sex before sporting activities (e.g. football and running) certainly isn't detrimental and may well be beneficial. (Although it could bring a whole new meaning to a 'pre-match warm-up'! :-) )

I've taken many examinations in my life. I'm sure that it helps to be in a relaxed and contented mood. Recent sexual intercourse may help to contribute to to these feelings.

Conversely, of course, if a man has 'failed to perform' the sex act this might lead to feelings of inadequacy which could impair his ability to succeeed in both sport and examinations.
