Aunt Lydia, an outspoken and genuine person who I miss on here,
Also Talbot,who is truly a nice person,
Rockrose who has been through a rough time lately,and may benefit from some time away from here, I really enjoyed their input.

I think Aunt Lydia was a banned user returning. I do miss Talbot and RR.

A lot of ABers I enjoyed with the banter. On the other hand as a non coven/ clique member I can’tnsay I lose sleep at their loss. I always enjoyed icecreamicecream’s banter and comments. I bet not many wish to remember him.

Icecreamicecream was, alas, victim of the AB Taliban. He had a wicked sense of humour. He received a lot of incoming flak because of his outspoken views but was man enough to take it and give it back in shed loads. Shame some on here were not of the same calibre.
I believe he owned a fish processing cannery in Scotland.

I agree with you about Aunt Lydia and definitely Talbot - always hope Talbot will come back. Another two were svejk and bazwillrun. I also miss TWR's input, but he got a lot of flak on here.

It's not good form to say so but really nice posters are only really nice when they are really nice to you (meaning us). One has to see them being really nice to everyone to call them really nice - and that's a rare poster indeed.
I only miss Talbot, my heart actually missed a beat when I saw him in latest posts because he was just so razor sharp and witty.

I don't and wouldn't miss anybody on AB.......it's just a website to me and a diminishing one at that.
I would only miss someone that I had met and bonded with......apart from that.......no, nobody.

As for ‘nice’ posters, no one here is perpetually ‘nice’. Masks have a habit of slipping.
