I'm so tired of wanting something I can't identify, even when I think I can. Tired of feeling incomplete. We all do in some way or another, some more than others but most people do at least. There are moments where none of it matters, but they're rare.

How do you feel complete?

I answer questions on internet forums. Makes me whole again.
Find something to take your mind off it. Hobbies are good.
Try to not think so much.
You need to make some effort to become less self-absorbed. Focus on the feelings and needs of other people in your life, instead of constantly focusing on your own feelings and needs.
Can you do some voluntary work? You might find this rewarding, helping out in charity shops or some other organisation. A good absorbing hobby, ie painting, trekking if you're an outdoorsy person, a craft of some kind to do indoors? There's lots you could have a try at.
Do all your senses work, are you fit & well? Have a roof, food & clothes? If yes to all then youre luckier than 2/3 of the world with nothing to worry about. Go find less able peeps to help.
I've being told I'm complete on a few occasions for eg:

'Oi you! ya' complete f****** W*****'

Those blokes darn sarf are really articulate.

I feel complete when I spend time with my mom, my boyfriend and my pet dog. Oh and a dominoes pizza.
I think you feel 'complete' when you are 'Contented', and vice versa.

If you are not content you feel there is something missing in your life and it keeps nagging at you, even though you can't put your finger on the cause. Sexual frustration ? Feeling worthless ? Unhappy with partner ? It could one of many things.

For what it's worth I think you should try Mindfulness for a start and then try to work out exactly what is making you feel discontent and incomplete. Then you can seek a solution.

Good luck.

When I was in the services in a warm ( not tropical) country, having recently been in the Arctic, a mate said to me ' If you are warm, you are halfway to contentment'. I've never forgotten that and it's so true.

I am complete, I want for nothing I cannot achieve, don't see your problem tbh.

How are you feeling now, Constant ?

As you haven't responded to all the suggestions I assume you are OK now. We'd all like to know, I'm sure - just to make our efforts feel worthwhile.
Tambourine for best answer!
get a little puppy (if you can give it time and love). I felt so complete after having mine for a year, the walks make you feel so much better too, I think it's to do with both sides of your brain being used at the same time.
I sometimes wonder why we bother.
