I can't breathe, I get sweaty, fidgety and it feels like I am falling down stairs and my heart is stopping. Whenever this happens in school, I am wondering if I can just walk out of class without saying anything to control it because that's my first impulse when in school.

As someone who was once a teacher, I wouldn't advise it. You will be questioned and possibly become more flustered, but there is no reason why you can't discuss this with the teacher beforehand. He/she will almost certainly be sympathetic (assuming you haven't been messing around a lot in previous classes?). Also speak to the school nurse, your parents, your doctor and get some practical help for this condition
you must let your teachers know of your condition and the likliehood of you doing so first
Yes I would pre warn the teachers that it could happen, are you getting any help (if there is any) for it ?
If it was OK for you to just walk out without a word then the rest of the class would expect to be allowed to do the same. You need to explain your problem, it is a common one ( I get them) strategies to help are available.
I would also go as far to inform your Head Teacher and form tutor of this.
I think that if you do have a word with your teachers, you just might feel less anxious. You'll remove the worry of "what if" and what to do *if* you have a panic attack. I know from experience that the fear is often worse than the actual attack, and can bring one on.
I hope that you have seen a doctor about this condition and if you haven't you need to do that soon as possible. I am sure that your parents have urged you to do so...but I am also assuming that you have discussed this with your parent/s. I was a Head of Year and for students who had issues where they needed to leave the class I gave them a 'get out of class' card which was shown to the teacher teaching them. It is vital that on leaving the class you have someone to report to ... this would have been me or a support teacher. This ensures safety for all. All this needs to be sorted out before you start leaving lessons.... your move now..
